Detail Introduction

Lapierre was a Mirecourt bow maker who trained with Jérôme Thibouville-Lamy and worked for Louis Bazin and the Morizot frères among others. After a couple of years in Geneva employed in the Vidoudez workshop, he returned home to set up his own busine. His bows feature Ouchard-style frogs and the Hill underslide, and are usually stamped twice.
