Carlo II Bergonzi（1757-1836）no matter he worked side by side with Nicola Bergonzi ,his works are very rare (even rarer than Nicola's). His first known instrument was made in 1780, similar to Nicola's works. And his later works got changes: F holes became narrower, corner wood sharper. It's easy to see Carlo II 's works got some Omobono Stradivari factor though he modelled Carlo Bergonzi. 1804, Carlo II took over the family business,  since his works are rare, he was more concentrated in repairing and guitar making.
