Detail Introduction

Born 1958， he was leader of the school band; after high school he began studying violin making. He was mentored by Maestro Dai Hong-Xiang， and was engaged by Lodo violin factory as its technical manager. In 1995 he went to Boston， working as a restoration expert， and in two years he was hired by the Eastman Instruments Company to head its strings department. He settled in Los Angeles in 2001， heading the string instrument service department of An Chi Instruments Co.， where he is also in charge of training of personnel at the company's Xian China factory. He is acclaimed as an expert restorer of string instruments.
