I graduated in 1984 at the Cremona International Violinmaking School under the guidance of Masters V. Bissolotti and W. Zambelli. From 1987 to 1994 I worked in Genoa. Years where I acquired much experience; having dedicated my time exclusively to the production of numerous instruments that are now played around the world. From 1994 to 2000, as a result of a collaboration with the workshop Carlson-Cacciatori-Neumann, I was able to expand my knowledge about restoration and conservation techniques for stringed instruments. In 2000, 2001, 2003 I participated in a course for the construction of bowed string instruments that was held in the Music Conservatory of the University of Oberlin - Ohio (U.S.A.) under the guidance of the Master violinmakers Frank Ravatin, Samuel Zygmuntowicz, Gregg Alf and John Dilworth. During the course I was able to work in close contact with some of the best American and European luthiers in a continuous and rich exchange of opinions and experiences. Since January 2001 I have opened my new workshop where I intend to invest time to make violins, violas and cellos of high quality.
